Merry Xmas everyone-
Well the holiday is over for another year. It was busy and loaded with family. My sister and her husband are home from Africa after a 5 yr stay. My daughter April and her husband Paul have bought and are renovating a new home which will be lovely when finished. Brea and Ken are as busy as ever with school and work.Ariana my granddaughter is up and walking. Always on the move. My mom was in town for the holidays. It all made for an eventful Dec. I have had very little time to paint and find I am very behind in my last year resolutions-didn't loose weight-didn't work out everyday- didn't finish all my many paint projects and courses-did however retire and loving it-do have my granddaughter 2 1/2 days per week and loving it-do get to spend more time with my husband Curt and my home--have not become Mrs. homemaker- have not won an award for house beautiful- have not reorganizd my art supplies and found more room for the increasing supplies I think I need but don't-have discovered I have wonderful and supportive friends-have done a project for breast cancer- have done 9 craft shows since Sept- have discovered that I have a following for my work and have found that I am busy happy and surrounded by my children .friends and family. All and all I have had a great year and am rich beyond belief( definitely not in money). Now to reestablish my goals for next year and start again.
